Dr. Elizabeth Zatopek, known as “Dr. Liz” was raised in La Grange, Texas. She attended The University of Texas in Austin where she graduated with a degree in Biology and a minor in Spanish. After college, Dr. Liz studied dentistry at the University of Texas School of Dentistry at the Medical Center in Houston, TX. Upon completion of her doctorate, Dr. Liz continued her education with a two year residency program in Pediatric Dentistry at the University of Texas School of Dentistry in Houston. Dr. Liz has since completed additional examinations and is a Board Certified Pediatric Dentist.

Dr. Liz is a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, and Texas Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. She actively engages in yearly continuing education to bring the most current evidence based practices and procedures to her patients.

Dr. Liz’s father, Dr. David Zatopek, was a Pediatric Dentist and retired in 2019. Since his retirement Dr. Liz has been working full time in La Grange and is excited to live and serve in her hometown.

In her free time, she loves spending time with her family. She and her husband have a son and a daughter. Together they enjoy the great outdoors, travelling to new places, and trying new recipes.
